• Visitors to the Sainte-Chapelle and / or Conciergerie will have a dedicated line. You will have to go through a security check to enter the monument
• Each reservation slot is 30 minutes, meaning that if you have a reservation for 10:00 am, you will be able to access the monument at 10:30 am at the latest
• You must choose your date and time for the Sainte-Chapelle, the Conciergerie visit must take place on the same day, at the time of your choice

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 48hours before the experience.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading down Rue Saint-Martin, continuing over Pont Notre Dame and Rue de la Cité, then turning twice to reach Boulevard du Palais with the destination on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By Metro or Bus: Take Line 4 to Cité or Saint-Michel – Notre-Dame (Lines 4 & 10). From either station, walk toward the Île de la Cité, following signs to Sainte-Chapelle, located near the Palais de Justice. Buses 21, 27, 38, 85, and 96 also stop nearby, within walking distance.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
