Please note that all visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years who is also in possession of an admission ticket, both for visits to the Park and for activities.
Please note that the zoo does not have its own parking, and parking around the park is limited and paid.
The park does not have a luggage storage facility.
The Parc zoologique de Paris is fully accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, those who are deaf or hard of hearing, visitors with intellectual disabilities, and blind or visually impaired visitors.
Guide dogs wearing appropriate harnesses are allowed in the park, except in the African Aviary and the Large Greenhouse, where free-flying birds are present.
Wheelchairs and wheeled walkers are available on request at the information point. Visitors must provide a form of ID as a deposit.
Pushchair and binocular rental is available.
All borrowed equipment must be returned at least 30 minutes before the park closes.
It is not possible to feed the animals. Our residents are wild animals that follow a species-specific diet established by our veterinarians. Similarly, it is not permitted to touch them.

This experience/attraction has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or modified.

Metro: * Line 8: Get off at Porte Dorée (approx. 7–10 minute walk to the entrance) or Liberté.

Line 1: Get off at Saint-Mandé or Château de Vincennes, then take Bus 46.

Bus: Lines 46, 86, 201, and 325 all stop at the "Parc Zoologique" station, which is right by the entrance. Line 77 also stops nearby at Porte de Reuilly.

Tramway: Take Line T3a to the Porte Dorée stop (about a 7-minute walk).

Bicycle Vélib': There is a Velib' station conveniently located directly in front of the zoo entrance.
